The EMSCHERGENOSSENSCHAFT and LIPPEVERBAND work in partnership and are two of the largest public water boards in Germany. In the conurbation ranging from Dortmund to Duisburg and in the neighbouring Lippe region to the north we undertake a diverse range of water management tasks such as wastewater treatment, ensuring draininage, flood protection and waterways maintenance.
