Our company vision for the people along our rivers is turned into reality by our 1,500 employees. It pleases me in particular to help shape the boundary conditions that allow our motivated colleagues to perform their tasks to a high standard and with great satisfaction. The mission statement for our HR work is “Healthy people in a healthy company!”. At the same time, we also live up to our social responsibility in our region in a very practical manner, by supporting numerous voluntary projects.
