Personal data are collected only if you voluntarily provide them, for example for a registration (e.g. for the e-mail service or to order a brochure), for our online application, a survey, a price game etc. EG/LV expressly point out that this transfer of data through the internet can be exposed to safety gaps and can therefore not be fully protected against third-party access.
All personal data will be collected, processed and used in accordance with the applicable provisions for the protection of personal data only for the purpose of contract performance and implementation and to safeguard our own legitimate business interests in view of advising and servicing our customers and providing products and services in line with demand. There will be no processing of the data in third countries within or outside the EU.
